I now have a small personal weather station (PWS) operating in my yard and providing quite a bit of Data to a personal space, a desk display and also to Weather Underground. Presently it is an Acurite 5 in 1 unit mounted in my yard. It Measures Temps, Dew Point, Barometric Pressure, Wind velocity & Direction and rainfall.
The data is transmitted wireless to a desktop display and a Wireless Hub that sends the data to my MyAcurite account and also Weather Underground where is is available on the internet.
